BIOGRAPHY

Matt Schiering is Chief Marketing Officer for Contec, Inc., a company providing critical cleaning solutions in the form of wipes, mops and disinfectant chemistries to industries where “Clean Counts Most,” including life sciences, pharmacy, healthcare, aerospace and more. Matt’s overall career spans 30 years and includes a variety of marketing and general management experiences with a variety of B-to-C and B-to-B enterprises. Prior to working for Contec, Matt was VP/General Manager of Sani Professional (a division of PDI, inc.), a leader in the foodservice and industrial cleaning sectors. Matt has two U.S. patents and dozens of product launches to his credit. He holds a B.S. Hotel Administration from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at El Paso. He is a proud U.S. Army veteran, having served from 1990 - 1994 as a commissioned officer. He presently resides in Greenville, SC with his wife of 28 years.
