Meeting Rooms Overview
Eighteen private meeting rooms are available for rent during World of Wipes. Rooms are ideal for client meetings, presentations, and small group discussions, and are rented on a first-come, first-served basis.
Room Setup & Furnishings
Rooms can be configured with conference-style or U-shaped tables
Seating will be provided based on your requested number of attendees
Side tables for product or sample staging are available upon request at booking
Branding & Signage
Renters are encouraged to bring a pop-up banner or easel sign for placement outside the room
Digital signage outside the room (if available at the hotel) will display your company name and information
A/V & Technology
Audio/visual needs such as screens, projectors, extension cords, and additional Wi-Fi are available
All A/V services are coordinated directly with and billed by the hotel’s A/V provider
Catering & Food Policy
All food and beverage services must be arranged through the hotel’s Food & Beverage team
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, per hotel policy

Additional Information:
Move-In
Renters can move into the rooms at 7am on the date of their rental, should you wish to "set up" the day prior, you will need to pay the additional fee to rent for that day.
Move-Out
Renters must be out of the room by 7pm on the last night of their rental. Should you have shipping needs, you will need to work those out through the hotel or contractor for the event.
Item Storage
Any items shipped or brought to these rooms prior to the rental day cannot be stored by INDA.
Employee Attendance
Any employee of the company renting the space must also be registered for the event in order to attend meetings in the room.
INDA is not responsible for lost or stolen items from the spaces.
