Exhibitors must store all materials until set-up begins, as storage space is not available on-site

Exhibit Floor Access:

Exhibit floor closes shortly after 7:00 PM on Tuesday, June 30

The floor will reopen to attendees at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, July 1

Exhibitors may re-set booths beginning at 3:30 PM on Wednesday

Break-Down:

All exhibits must be dismantled after the exhibit floor closes at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, July 1

Any items left unpacked after this time will be discarded as the hotel prepares the room for the next event

  • One sign displaying your company name and booth number
  • Chairs are not provided due to the two-hour reception format; chairs may be rented through the exhibitor kit if needed.
Electrical Service:
  • 10 amp, 120v electrical service per table
  • Standard Edison outlet at no charge
  • Extension cords and additional outlets may be rented from the hotel or brought by the exhibitor
Exhibitor Profile:

Approximately 30 days prior to the show, exhibitors will be contacted with instructions to complete their online exhibitor profile
